Can someone dial in from abroad?

No. International callers cannot join a conference call on our free Instant Conferencing Product. If you need international access, contact us for our international access number to be enabled on your PIN. This international access can be accessed in almost every country.

I entered my PIN but no-one else joined the call.

The system possibly misread your PIN and left you in an empty conference call, hang up and try again. To avoid this always enter the PIN slowly and carefully and make sure your friends/participants do the same..

I keep hearing beeps. What's this?

This is how you know someone new has entered the conference call. You'll also hear a beep when each person hangs up and leaves the call. 1 beep means someone has joined your conference, 2 beeps means someone has left.

I tried to join a call and a message said it was full.
